Delivery

There will be no extra charge for Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the UK for your purchase, but if you have an urgent request for fast delivery, please get in touch and I will be able to offer an express service, for an additional charge(which I will discuss with you). 

To discuss international delivery, please contact me at marymay@suffolktextiles.com   and I will happily get back to you with the price.


All items are made to order and I will do my best to get them made and out to you as quickly as possible, but due to the nature of my products being handmade and made to order please allow:
7-10  working days for delivery, if you live within the UK.( please remember that once your parcel has been given to the postal service, the delivery time is is very much out of my hands!)

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for their own country’s custom payments upon receiving goods, if they apply.


I do my best to give a full description of the items and I strongly recommend your reading each product’s description for size, colours, material and design before you go ahead with your purchase.

Due to individual colour screen settings, colours may look slightly different to the actual product.



Prices for my products are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.


Returns



At Mary-May at Suffolk Textiles I try my best to deliver goods within the specified delivery time and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please email me via my email address   marymay@suffolktextiles.com   within 7 days of receiving the parcel, and return the item in the original packaging within 28 days from your purchase date. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please keep proof of postage as I cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Once I receive the goods back, in perfect condition, we will refund you the cost of the item into your account within 14 days. The cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility except for faulty or incorrectly shipped goods.
